The special election in Ohio’s 12th Congressional District is earning national attention. All eyes will be on the Buckeye State once again this Tuesday, August 7th.
Troy Balderson, the Republican candidate, has made the written commitment to protect your wallet by signing the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, opposing all tax hikes.
His opponent, Democrat Danny O’Connor has not. In fact, O’Connor would follow Nancy Pelosi’s lead, and she has promised to raise taxes if she becomes Speaker of the House again.
Recently enacted federal tax reform has been a huge win for Ohio.
Over 8,000 jobs are projected to be created in 2018 alone. Residents of the 12th district will see an average savings of $1,404 on their tax bill in 2018. You have more money in your pocket, but the Nancy Pelosi-led Democrats are ready to take it back.
August 7th will be a critical moment for the nation and Ohio. Only one candidate has committed to defend taxpayers.
